Drinking too much alcohol increases the risk of developing many serious illnesses such as liver disease, cancer, stomach and pancreas disorders.

Problems arising from alcohol misuse have risen sharply over the past 10 years and between 15,000 -22,000 people die every year in the UK from serious diseases and accidents associated with alcohol misuse.
